Regional Loss Prevention Investigator - West

This position will initiate and conduct investigations regarding internal theft throughout 45 stores in Southern California and Las Vegas, NV. Key responsibilities include: utilizing weekly POS exception reports to identify unusual activity; conducting store audits and reviewing findings; providing support and presence during new store openings and remodels; conducting after-hour surveillance of stores for unusual activity; tracking external theft issues; and communicating issues with mall management and/or law enforcement. The Regional Loss Prevention Investigator will also conduct LP awareness meeting in stores and follow-up in stores on all charge-back issues with credit cards and checks. 

Candidates must possess an Associates Degree and at least 2 years of loss prevention and retail experience. Completion of the Wicklander/Zulweiski Interviewing and Interrogation seminar is a plus. Depending upon where the candidate lives, there will be 1-2 days per week involving overnight travel. Candidates will be reimbursed for driving expenses for store travel.
