RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Retail Managers lead a talented lineup of Store Managers in their quest to become top achievers in their assigned markets. Other responsibilities will include Inventory control and management, sales management--coaching and developing leaders among your sales team, customer service (and delight!), staffing, store merchandising and cash handling and management.





QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years multi-store management experience

- Demonstrated financial results in sales, multi-store management and training and motivating a successful sales team.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, merchandising and human resources skills are also required.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
