Position Concept and Responsibilities

This is a Field position - requiring a daily presence in showrooms (50+ locations in multiple states).? This individual will help the Company meet it's business objectives by? successfully managing?all training programs,?ensuring that each associate?possesses the?knowledge and skills necessary to be successful. They will develop and implement?strategies?that create a sense of excitement, purpose, and commitment using the Company?s core values as the foundation for decision making.

Qualifications and Experience

??????? The ideal candidate will be an accomplished professional with 3-5 years of significant leadership,?training ?and?mentoring experience in a highly consultative sales/consumer services industry with some experience in retail store operations. They will also possess:

??????? Excellent communication skills

??????? A highly developed sense of integrity and accountability

??????? Demonstrated adaptable thinking to unique market situations

??????? A ?Team Player? mentality

??????? The ability to accommodate a heavy travel schedule within the sales region, along with travel to national headquarters on an as needed basis.?
