Rental Sales Agents- M Street Washington DC

Avis Rent A Car, a global leader in the travel services industry is looking for Rental Sales Agents at our M Street Location in Washington DC. We are team orientated and customer service focused, and is looking to add customer committed, enthusiastic individuals to our Rental Sales Team. Our Rental Sales Agents(counter positions) provide world class, front line customer service by processing rental contracts, selling optional services, answering customer questions and sensing and responding to customer needs.

This position involves shift work and weekend work and presents an opportunity for someone seeking to enhance their customer service skills.

Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, the primary function of this role is to provide a quality and professional service to all Avis customers. Applicants should enjoy interacting with customers and sales work.

Responsibilities include: Selling Avis products and services. Satisfying customer needs and making

customer satisfaction a high priority. Carrying out customer transactions in accordance with Avis policies and procedures. Handling and reconciling cash transactions.

The successful candidate will possess: The ability to work as part of a team. The ability to sell the Avis products and services. Judgment / problem solving skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Basic keyboard skills.

 

Candidate must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
