Retail Account Executive (Part Time)

Develops and implements wireless sales and marketing programs for retail agent accounts.
1. Financial Accountability ? Meets and exceeds sales objectives for assigned accounts. Develops and conducts effective marketing and sales training presentations. Conducts regular sales meetings with assigned accounts. Focus on increasing revenue potential by selling voice features and accessories through assigned accounts.
2. Customer Experience ? Develops and maintains supportive relationships with existing accounts. Develops and implements programs to train accounts on effective sales skills, retention strategies and reputation expectations.
3. Operational ? Manage adherence to contract terms, policies and procedures. Tracks and reports production through established reporting procedures. Merchandise locations with all proper and timely promotional materials. Assist with conflict resolution with between agents and customers. Implements regular program of store visits with tracking and reporting to management. Uphold Cingular values and ethics and maintain the highest level of confidentiality concerning proprietary information. Schedule may require evening, weekends and holidays.
4. Self Development ? Successfully completes all sales and data training programs within the recommended time frame. Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
5. Special Projects ? Assists in special projects assigned by manager or other duties as assigned by management.




QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years sales experience
Managment experience
Excellent communication and managment skills
