Retail Assistant Store Manager

 

We are a health care apparel company looking for energetic, motivated individuals to become a part of our rapidly growing team.  We have an opening for an Assistant Store Manager in the Central Valley area,The qualified candidate must have 2-3 years of current retail experience as well as customer service and sales experience comparable to the position applied for:

 

Management Responsibilities that include the following:

 

*Facilitating staff development: Recruiting and selecting of service minded associates, providing  performance feedback, creating a positive work environment.

 

*Setting the example for great service to our customers:  Actively coaching associates on the selling floor, and celebrating successes.

 

*Making the store inviting to the customer:  Maintaining floor presentation standards, participating in daily stock replenishment.

 

 

Qualification:

 

*Strong leadership skills

*Good interpersonal skills

*Ability to empower and develop the team

*Effective communication skills

*Strong organizational skills

*Ability to plan and execute strategies is essential

*Strong customer service skills is a must
