Retail Business Development Representative - Tinley Park, IL

Responsibilities Include:

?Source new Staples Delivery and Retail business customers and develop relationships that lead to additional sales of company products and services. Also responsible for increasing the sales volume of current Staples customers in the store?s trading area.

In-Store Business Development:
?Ensure a high level of customer service practices including courteous and knowledgeable associates, and the rapid processing of sale and return transactions.
?Respond to and resolves customer requests and complaints.
?Support and monitor store activities including the execution of all loss prevention procedures, cleanliness and merchandising standards, and the customer dividends/business rewards programs.
?Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

?Excellent communication skills (Outgoing, Friendly, Energetic, etc.)
?Outside Sales Experience preferred
?Good presentation and organizational skills.
?Travel required (no overnight. Must have own car.
