Retail Customer Service Representative

A college degree and customer service experience are required.  Candidates must be a team-oriented, self motivated and dependable individual who possesses the ability to adapt easily to a changing environment.  Important attributes must include:  independent thinking; flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands; ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of organization and time management awareness; exceptional oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to analyze complex issues and reach appropriate solutions; ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external customers.  A college degree and retail customer service experience are required.  Retail Customer Service, to include product familiarity, account management, systems knowledge, special projects and other department demands as they evolve.Customer service issues to include order and backlog analysis, account familiarity, timely processing of customer-related transactions (orders, shipments, credits, return authorizations, parts, etc.  Develop close rapport with internal and external customers via phone and email communication; utilize expertise in Microsoft Office programs as well as internal systems.  Skill set must also include high degree of expertise in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
