Retail Data Manager - Syracuse

Supports the ARSM with the execution of the regional sales strategy with primary focus on increasing productivity in data sales through our Company Owned Retail Stores.

Customer Experience ? Solicits internal customer feedback to improve processes, communications, and effectiveness.
Provides the sellers with needed information on products, accessories, service features, pricing plans, roaming and voice features.
Interfaces with HQ and other departments on customer behalf when necessary.
Operational ? Responsible for the communication of changes or updates to projects. Implements operational / departmental procedures.
Maintains good team relationships to achieve overall regional goals in data products, services and/or programs.
Coordinates the roll out of new data products and promotions.
Upholds Cingular values and business ethics and maintains the highest level of confidentiality concerning Cingular assets and proprietary information.
Work schedule may vary based on management needs. Schedule may include nights, weekends and holidays.
Self-Development ? Successfully completes all training programs that are identified as core curriculum within the recommended time frames.
Special Projects - Assists in special projects assigned by supervisor or other duties as assigned by management. Must meet all requirements of the Cingular driving policy.
Sales Support - Conducts frequent store visits to assess developmental needs, reinforce sales skills, and implement methods and procedures


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience, 2 - 5 years proven sales management or sales operations experience, 1 ? 3 years of supervisory experience, valid driver's license, strong presentation skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, proven motivational skills.
