POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES


 


Manage and direct stores in the San Francisco bay area.

Recognize, recruit, hire, train, and motivate your team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and drive sales and profit.

Use your strong merchandising skills to help drive district sales.

Build a business and get results through P&L management.

Communicate the company’s vision, goals, and strategies to all team members.

Drive sales, company initiatives, and company culture throughout the district.

Manage a budget to best service the needs of the district.



POSITION REQUIREMENTS


 


Five years in a multi-unit management experience in a specialty chain, discount department, home center or other mass-merchandising store.

Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build outstanding guest loyalty.

Proven experience in recruiting top talent and providing training and leadership to build exceptional teams.

Proven ability to motivate and develop staff at all levels.

Ability to meet or surpass Sales and Profit Goals.

Experience in a fast-paced retail setting with multi-tasking focus.

Advanced degree (AA, BA or BS) required.
