Due to the tremendous growth at The Bayside Group, we are seeking to add a dynamic recruiter to our team in the retail division.  No previous recruitment experience is necessary, but we want people with retail experience.  We have an extensive training program that will teach and train you to be a top-level recruiter.

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

·  You will network with some of the top retail and wholesale companies and assist them in finding top talent for their organizations

·  The process includes research, writing job descriptions, recruiting candidates, reference checking, but mostly involves networking and talking to potential clients and candidates getting to know them and helping to match skill sets.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

·  Previous retail experience as a buyer, assistant buyer, planner, allocator, district manager, store manager, assistant store manager, with a department store, mass merchants or discount stores, or specialty stores operations

·  Talent for conveying your dynamic personality

·  Ability to stay focused and on task in a busy office environment

·  Excellent time management skills

·  Great communicator

·  Good computer skills

·  Desire to success
