Ashley, Inc. does direct sales and marketing for Fortune 500 companies.  We are responsible for meeting with our client?s existing and potential customers face to face.  Candidates successful in sales will be cross-trained in the areas of marketing and management.  There is no seniority; all promotions are based on merit.  Since we only promote from within, all trainers and coaches have mastered the sales aspect of the business.  Because of this, our entry-level candidates have a very high success rate.
