Retail Franchise--THOMASVILLE--ALL POSITIONS!

Rosey Rentals, LP, dba Aaron?s Sales & Lease Ownership is Aaron's 2nd largest franchisee operating stores in the Southeast is looking for talented individuals to join the team in our store. We sell and lease household goods such as furniture, appliances, electronics and computers. Aaron's continues to be one of the fastest growing companies in our industry. The current and future growth of our company has created several career opportunities.

We are currently looking for Management, Customer Service Representative, Customer Accounts Manager, Sales Managers,  and Product Technicians/Delivery Drivers. The individuals must be friendly and TEAM PLAYERS with good communication skills. We prefer retail sales and/or restaurant experience, or experience in collections or a combination of the two. We provide friendly, relaxed environment with 5-day work week and NO SUNDAYS.

 

GENERAL MANAGER

 

This individual directly manages an Aaron?s store with P&L responsibility. Asset management, revenue production, personnel development, and inventory control are key results areas of this position.




We?re looking for someone with strong leadership skills who is an effective communicator with a high level of energy.  Good organizational skills and a professional appearance are also important qualities that will be found in the right candidate.

Requires two years retail management experience, college degree preferred, requires valid drivers license and ability to pass criminal and drug tests.

 
SALES MANAGER (SM)

 

Manages the sales and marketing function in an Aaron?s store. Major emphasis on telephone and floor sales, direct marketing, new customer growth, customer service program and store merchandising.

Reports directly to the General Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

? The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers

? Setting weekly and monthly sales goals and staging products

? Update goal board daily

? Ensure execution of the sales ?Flow?, including telephone sales and showroom sales

? Ensure execution of the YES Program of Customer Service

? Generate new business through apartment community/business accounts

? Create and implement marketing strategies in the community to generate new sales

? Ensure that the showroom floor is merchandised as per guidelines

? Ensure that all merchandise is accurately priced

? Ensure compliance with the No-Holes Policy

? Perform routine service calls and product exchanges (per first up system)

? Handle service issues for customers immediately

? Resolve customer opportunities immediately

? Assist General Manager with product ordering, including planning for future sales and events

? Clean and certify merchandise in the Certification Zone for all items personally returned

? Responsible for maintaining the store?s warehouse in a neat and orderly manner

? Confirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customers? signature on lease agreements

? Review and close lease agreements (per first up system)

? Monitor and ensure efficient operation of the certification zone

? Assist general Manager in stock balancing

? Other tasks as assigned by management

 

 



CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS MANAGER (CAM)

 

Manages the Customer Accounts Department, which is responsible for the renewal payment process. Responsible for achieving company standards on non-renewal closing percentages.

Reports directly to the General Manager

 

Primary Responsibilities

? The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers

? Monitor and recommend payment frequency changes to the General Manager

? Immediate contact of all customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s)

? Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments

? Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system

? Monitor the accuracy of customer classifications according to customer payment history and habits

? Payment frequency changes to General Manager based on customer payment history

? Maintain updated accurate customer information

? Clean and certify merchandise in the Certification Zone for all items personally returned

? Complete and maintain weekly truck maintenance sheet and route sheets daily

? Supervise, develop and schedule the activities of Accounts Advisers

? Recommend the use of extensions and rebuilds to the General Manager for endorsement

? Confirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customers? signature on lease agreements CAM is second up on this process

? First up to help set and achieve renewal goals

? Update goal board daily

? Facilitate non-renewal returns authorized by GM

? Review and close lease agreements with customers as 2nd up

? Other tasks as assigned by management

 

Customer Service Representative

 

Customer Service Representatives? As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for interacting with customers with regards to their lease purchase agreements, retail sales, the processing of customer order forms, and maintenance of the showroom area and customer files. You must be friendly and a TEAM PLAYER with good communication skills. We prefer 4 years' retail sales and/or restaurant experience or 4 years' college, or a combination of the two.The primary function of this role within our organization is the acquisition and maintenance of customers.  A combination of retail sales and administrative work is involved in this position.  Basic computer proficiency is strongly preferred.  This person must be outgoing with great "people skills".

 

Product Technician/Delivery Driver

 

This position is responsible for merchandise handling such as loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting, and demonstrating.  Reviewing lease agreements is also occasionally required.

 

Position requires:

▪  Position routinely requires lifting, loading. And ?Dollying? merchandise.

▪  Good driving skills; Clean driving record an absolute must.

▪  Ability to pass criminal and drug test

▪  Professional appearance

▪  Good communication skills

▪  Strong technical skills or working knowledge of electronic products

▪  Bilingual a HUGE PLUS!!!
