Our client base includes Fortune 500 companies, along with some of the fastest growing companies in America. We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our San Diego Clearance Center.
Essential Job duties:
? Leading a small sales team focusing on coaching, sales development and product training.
? Floor presentation and maintenance.
? Coordinate monthly promotional events.
? Work within annual advertising budget.
? Achieve margin and shrinkage requirements.
? Personal sales required.
Essential Knowledge and skills:Two + years retail selling experience.Two + years of retail management experience.Able to lift 50 lbs and move furniture on a regular basis.Outgoing personality and enjoys working with the public.Desire to contribute to a successful management team.
