Retail Operations and Production Supervisor

We have 2 Supervisor positions available in your area.

 



As an Operations Supervisor you'll be responsible for the sales floor and and the overall direction and coordination of the Operations Department. You will interview, hire and oversee the training and development of team members, along with following Savers core values.

 

As an Production Supervisor you will monitor the processing of all incoming merchandise, the inspection and pricing of merchandise, and placement and organization of merchandise on the sales floor; managing and directing production team members; selecting, orientation, and training new team members; monitoring and providing guidance and feedback on team members? performance; ensuring we are providing a high level of customer service; following all company policies and procedures and ensuring they are upheld; opening and closing the store as scheduled and in the absence of the Store Manager; and managing all store functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
