Retail Product Souring Manager(LJS)

The product sourcing manager will develop and execute sourcing plans and negotiate best price possible, while maintaining the integrity of the buyer and designers vision.


 



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES


Manage and develop a team that will directly support the overall sourcing plan.

Travel domestically and internationally to build relationships with overseas partners.

Communicate with overseas teams and vendors on systems, objectives, expectations and processes.

Negotiate buyers, desired quality, design, trend, and pricing objectives.

Manage execution, including delivery, quality, specs, regulatory issues.


 


 


 


POSITION REQUIREMENTS


·  4 year college degree.


·  Supervisory experience.


·  Must have experience in either developing or sourcing product.


·  Candidates with a buying background, who has sourced products or product development candidates who have sourced products or production managers who have run the production process would be great candidates.
