Retail , Regional Loss Prevention Manager

 

Our client is the leader of its apparel niche with hundreds of stores throughout the US and a brand that remains the standard by which all apparel brands are compared.  This firm is seeking a Regional Loss Prevention Manager to oversee approximately 60 stores in a multiple district region.

 

The ideal candidate for this position will be an organized self-starter with a desire to expand his/her skill set. This is a unique retail environment that will provide many learning opportunities for even a seasoned LP professional. This is a stepping stone to a director level LP position, and requires a well-spoken, intelligent leader who is well-versed in retail LP.

 

As RMLP, you will be responsible for achieving financial shortage goals and developing strong partnerships with Regional and District sales manager. The ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic, analytical thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
