Christal's, a profitable, growing specialty retailer, seeks a dynamic individual to provide effective leadership and outstanding results in the Colorado market.

Responsibilities include:
*Achievement of sales goals
*Actively promote store sales
*Work within budget for payroll and operating expenses
*Recruit, train and lead the management team and their associates through on-going programs in sales, customer service and product knowledge
*Ensure compliance with Company operating standards including safety, merchandising, store maintenance, etc.
*Work with managment team to effectively manage cash and inventory
*Create an environment which all employees can be sucessful and grow
