Retail Sales Acct Exec - Bi-lingual

MAJOR DUTIES:
This position is a bi-lingual position. Daily management of Spanish retail accounts. Communication with Spanish retail accounts, promoting our Spanish programming. Maintain and increase sales volume from established accounts. Prospect new accounts. Report new prospects to Retail Sales Manager. Train retail staff on CHSI and motivate to see product. Meet pre-established activity and results quotas. Implement sales goals and incentive programs. Provide point-of-purchase materials to retailers. Ensure that materials are a timely and professional representation of CHSI. Monitor competitive activity and market conditions, providing feedback and suggestions to management. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. Other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: B.A. or B.S. degree preferably in Marketing or Sales or equivalent work experience.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1-3 years sales and/or training experience; business-to-business sales experience a plus.

Bilingual in Spanish required.

Excellent communication skills.

PC proficiency including Microsoft Office software; exposure to presentation software a plus.

Must provide own transportation.

Able to work evenings and weekends.

Must be self-motivated.
