Description: We have an opportunity for a Retail Sales Associate in Mobile, Alabama

JOB SUMMARY

The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is responsible for all aspects of sales and operations for

Southern LINC company owned store walk in customers. The RSA will be responsible for increasing the store's sales revenue and ensuring compliance of Treasury and Inventory operations per the Field Operations Policy & Procedure Manual. The RSA will perform a variety of inside sales and customer service related duties. The RSA will perform inventory management duties as designated by the Store Supervisor and will have cash handling responsibilities associated with point of sale transactions. The RSA will lend support to other sales channels and service department as needed. The RSA should expect to work retail hours including weekends, and be available for overtime.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Customer Service background

Excellent organizations skills

Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft applications

Available to work retail hours, overtime, and Saturdays

Retail Sales / Operations experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access

Working knowledge of MiBAS, Oracle, EzLINC, RetaiLINC

College Degree in a Business related field preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales of Southern LINC service rate plans to walk in customers

Sales of phones and accessories

Processing point of sale transactions including cash handling responsibilities

Process new activations, equipment upgrades, and prepaid for walk-in/call-in customers

Provide all aspects of customer service to include:

o MiBAS provisioning requests

o Training on use and functionality of phones

o Programming of phones

o Rate plan analysis

o Bill statement analysis

Assist Store Supervisor with all aspects of inventory management to include:

o Safeguard inventory from loss

o maintain adequate inventory stocking levels

o receive and process inventory

o inventory transfers to other retail locations

o conduct physical inventory audits

o prepare inventory reports

Perform first echelon phone repairs

Process in coming phone repair tickets and Motorola warranty returns

Answer in coming phone calls

Perform End of Day administrative processes and procedures

Any other duties deemed necessary for the success of the company owned store and customer support/retention
