Part-Time Sales AssociatesSUNDAY OFF

We are seeking Part Time Sales Associates to work at The Summit ? Birmingham, AL location. This position would be responsible for:

 

1.  Meet customer needs by providing world class customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations and selling, cross-selling, and up-selling Franklin Covey products and workshops through strong knowledge of products and services and demonstrating their use to customers.

2.  Account for merchandise sales through accurate recording of customer transactions.

3.  Maintain clean, professional working environment in accordance with FranklinCovey merchandise presentation standards.

4.  Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in performing other duties as needed.

5. Assist in store inventory counts, daily and quarterly.

6.  Attend monthly store meetings.

 

Job Requirements:

1.  Six months of customer service/retail sales experience.

2.  High school graduate or equivalent.

3.  Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.

4.  Ability to translate features of products and workshops into benefits.

5.  Must be goal oriented and have the ability to set and achieve sales goals set by self and manager.
