Retail Sales Consultant(Frederick,MD)

Job Description: Sells wireless products and services in a retail store location. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of wireless communication. Resolve customer problems and insure customer satisfaction. Required to achieve a monthly sales quota. Prospects and closes new business both inside and outside the store. Maintains knowledge of current wireless communications products and services. Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions as required. Adheres to company policy and procedures including reconciliation of paperwork. Complete Branch opening and closing procedures to include Point of Sale System. Performs other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS


Preferred Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience. One to three years retail sales experience; excellent customer relations skills; a proven track record in achieving sales quotas; high professional demeanor; previous cellular industry experience helpful.
