Retail Sales Consultant - Full Time - INDIANAPOLIS, IN (E. Washington, Southport, Greenwood)

The Retail Sales Consultant position with Cingular Wireless has the following responsibilities:
? Sells wireless phones, service and accessories.
? Consistently achieves sales quotas and customer service objectives.
? Provides information on products, accessories, service features, pricing plans, roaming and data.
? Handles administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts, verifying identification, running credit, preparing customer files, addressing local market promotions, pulling product from inventory, completing warranty paperwork, taking customer payments and filing finished order.
? Handles incoming calls for customer service, bill payments, upgrades, trade-ins, service changes, billing issues, returns, and general customer issues.
? Interfaces with other departments on customer's behalf when necessary.
? Responsible for cash drawer and daily deposit of customer payments.
? Responsible for store appearance.
? Successfully completes all sales and data training programs that are identified as core curriculum within the recommended time frames.



QUALIFICATIONS

? FLEXIBLE TO BE ASSIGNED TO A STORE IN THE SOUTHEAST AREA OF INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA (E. Washington Street, Southport, Greenwood).
? A High school diploma or GED is REQUIRED.
? 1-3 years of retail sales experience with key holder/cash handling responsibilities.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Computer proficiency in MS Office.
? Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
? Must be able to stand for long periods of time while serving customers.
? Ability to work in Team Environment.
? Must be available to attend training classes, which may require out-of-town travel for 2 consecutive weeks.
? BI-LINGUAL candidates fluent in English and Spanish desired.
