Qualifications
Responsibilities:

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to successfully manage, motivate, and train a retail sales team to maximize revenue and profitability in a large volume business with superior teamwork and customer service!

Utilize your creativity and retail management expertise to maintain in-stock and the highest level of merchandise presentation standards on the sales floor.

The ability to create a one-of-a-kind store culture that embraces exceptional service and a consultative approach is essential.

The selected professional may manage a commission and/or non-commission sales team.

Requirements:

Customer-centric, knowledgeable professionals who can wear many hats are sought!

Your goal-oriented, team-centered personality, and successful "big box" retail management background is preferred.

Merchandise presentation and customer service experience preferred

College, technical and/or other continuing education desirable.
