Retail Shop Manager

Visual and performing arts organization in West Virginia is seeking applicants for the position of Manager of its Retail Shop.  Responsibilities for this position include driving sales through excellent customer service, effective store layout and product display; determining merchandise to be sold; managing inventory and consignment activities; collaborating on marketing and promotions; and implementing procedures to meet budget goals.  A Bachelor's degree is required, with a minimum of five years of experience in managing a retail business including marketing and visual merchandising, financial analysis and budgeting, point of sale and inventory management and working with volunteers.  Experience with e-commerce is a plus.
