Opportunity:

Due to expanded growth in our Retail Division, Summer Classics is currently recruiting dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated Retail Store Assistant Manager candidates for our new location in San Antonio, Texas.  If you are self-motivated, passionate, and friendly; possess exceptional customer service skills, you may be the person we are searching for.

Assistant Store Sales Managers are responsible for:

 

?  Assisting the Store Sales Manager in all aspects of store operations

?  Sales generation

?  Customer service

?  Staff supervision and training

?  Merchandising

?  Expense control

?  Daily store operations and documentation

?  Protection of company assets

?  Store maintenance and appearance

 

Successful candidates will posses the following skills, attributes and experience:

 

?  High school diploma or equivalent retail management experience

?  Proven sales ability

?  Effective leadership skills

?  Oral and written communication skills

?  Analytical ability

?  Effective problem-solving skills

?  Basic merchandising ability

?  Professional appearance and presentation

 

Essential Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system

2. Ability to communicate with associates and guests.

3. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.

4. Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area.

5. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run a store. 

7. Ability to move or transfer merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0 - 50 pounds.

8. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
