Stellar Partners, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Ron Jon Surf Shop store at Miami International Airport.

Here's What We Expect:


Our Assistant Managers assist the General Manager and management team in overseeing the daily operations of our News & Gifts, MindWorks, and Ron Jon Surf Shop stores.<p>They must excel at driving sales, providing outstanding customer service and providing visual merchandising assistance. They must be flexible and willing to work some nights, weekends and holidays.<p>To be successful, you must have at least one year experience as a retail manager or assistant manager in a specialty store, or as department manager in a big box store
