We are currently hiring for our Arizona Mills located at 5000 Arizona Mills Circle #157, Tempe, AZ., and are accepting resumes/applications for the positions of  Store Manager  and Store Supervisors.

 

Store Manager's Duties Include:


* Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

* Maintains store staff by orienting, and training employees.

* Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

* Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.

* Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

* Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

*  Implements and leads by example for all corporate policies and procedures.

 

* Must be honest, trustworthy and have integrity.


 Third Key Supervisors Duties Also Include:

*Opening and closing of store.

 

*Completing paperwork and supervising staff under direction of Store Manager.

 

* Provides excellent customer service and introduces various product lines to all customers.

 

* Goal oriented; focuses on performance and daily goals.

 

* Contributes to expanding the business and client base.

Customer Focus, Market Knowledge, Staffing, Results Driven, Client Relationships, Verbal Communication and Staff Development.
