Currently, we have a great opportunity for a Store Manager for our Mesa II, AZ location. If you are a proven leader, results oriented, and have a strong background in retail apparel management, we want to hear from you!

 

 

Job Description: (to include but not limited to)

? Oversees all aspects of store operations by ensuring peak sales performance, customer satisfaction, and maintenance of a clean and safe environment for pleasurable shopping.

 

? Ensures that customers receive outstanding service from staff through personal contact such as greeting customers, thank you notes, prompt follow-through on customer requests, and whatever else is needed to please the customer.  Store manager herself/himself will also need to perform these functions as necessary.

 

? Ensures appealing merchandise presentation including window displays, in-store displays, racks, cases, and other fixtures.

 

? Initiates and maintains contact with community members to ensure appropriate public relations for the store.  Contact may include fashion shows, store events, and merchant associations.

 

? Oversees inventory control through accurate record keeping appropriate loss control measures, and strong knowledge of merchandise.

 

? Communicates appropriately with Corporate Office, Regional Manager, Buyers, and others as necessary to make them aware of merchandise levels, supply needs, personnel matters, events requests, and other issues and problems.

 

?Maintains organized store records such as payroll, banking, expenses, mark downs, merchandise transfers, and other logs or records as necessary.
