Kauffman Tire has just completed the most successful year ever in our 70 year history!  Our growth & new store openings has created a need for a RETAIL STORE MANAGERS throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area.

 

Requirement & Duty Highlights:Previous experience in the tire and/or automotive industry (a PLUS!) Experience managing & coaching a team of associates  Experience reading a P&L statement; managing by a P&L Experience setting & achieving goals within a set budget Experience managing inventory & conducting frequent cycle counts An excellent customer service focus A high level of skill in verbal & written communication Problem-solving ability Highly efficient and productive work habits and strong work ethic A professional demeanor A desire to learn, grow and succeed

 

Also, qualified candidates will be able to:

? Help drive daily & monthly sales goals for the store by consulting customers on our line of products and services

? Educate customers on the differences/benefits/features in each of our product lines

? Motivate the team by a "lead by example" mentality of doing whatever it takes to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

? Be directly engaged in the customer's experience from start to finish
