Retail Store Managers and Assistant Managers

Colorado Ski & Golf, The Nation's Premier Ski & Golf Shops, has immediate openings for Managers and Assistant Managers in all four of its Front Range locations, Aurora, Arvada, Littleton, and Colorado Springs.  The ideal candidate has previous retail managment experience, and knowledge of the sporting goods industry.  Our managment team is responsible for:

  Generating sales.Maintaining an enthusiastic and professional standard of guest service.Role modeling and administering Company policies and guidelines.Communicating Company values and goals to the employees. Maintaining merchandising and cleanliness standards Managing  inventory control (i.e. cycle counts, loss prevention) and meet inventory goals.Enforcing company cash handling policies and procedures.Recruiting and maintain a quality core staff.Managing operational budget (i.e. payroll, sales, margin and capital expenditures)Remaining current on new industry products and trends. Demonstrate knowledge of products.Protecting Company assets through loss prevention techniques.Conducting disciplinary actions as needed.Creating a rewarding environment in which to work, generate a team atmosphere.Maintaining all Company paperwork according to policies and standards.Other duties as assigned.
