E$Z Payday Loans of Arizona, LLC provides short-term loans to qualified borrowers.  We are seeking Teller/Collectors for our Phoenix, Arizona locations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:Perform routing office tasks including loan transactions, copying, filing, data entry, daily audits, telephone usePerform all aspects of processing payments for payday loans from new and repeat customersMaintain and update customer records, manually and in the computerCash handling and daily balancing of cash drawerVerify funds for bad checks with banks and exchange them for cashier?s checks at the bankContact customers delinquent in their loans and obtain payments via telephone and letters

 

 

Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentMust work all hours of operation (M-F 9:45 ? 6:15, Saturday 9:45 ? 2:15) Must be honest, helpful and motivatedMust have customer service skills and experience working with the public. A car, current license, and proof of auto insurance are necessary.

Salary:

$10.00 per hour plus overtime!
