Nex Generation Cellular is seeking a vital partner to fill the following position.



RETAIL WIRELESS CONSULTANT

? Determine needs and effectively communicate benefits of product, services, features, rate plans and special promotions to each customer

? Prepare and submit complete, accurate and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions

? Meet and/or exceed monthly sales objectives consistently

? Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking and/or telemarketing leads

? Comply with all cash and security policies, ensuring the protection of company assets and the safety and security of employees

? Prepare and submit required sales reports

? Service all customers and accounts regarding billing issues, equipment upgrades, technical difficulties, general information, etc.

? Attend and participate in all weekly/monthly meetings

? Assist in any special projects as assigned by Manager

? Maintain and provide excellent customer service to all clients and patrons at all times

? Respond, assist and rectify any concerns, repairs and/or sales as requested by customers and/or management.



QUALIFICATIONS

? 2 years previous sales and customer service experience required. Retail Sales preferred.

? Computer proficiency, strong interpersonal & negotiating skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills required

? BA/BS in Business or Marketing preferred

? Knowledge of wireless communications industry terminology and applications preferred

? Exhibits a high energy level and high degree of self-motivation, positive attitude and ability to demonstrate a ?team spirit? atmosphere

? Able to work extended/flexible hours as needed
