Retail Wireless Sales Representatives

Growing Wireless company currently has 25 locations in NC and 3 in VA - and now 2 in SC. Need EXPERIENCED WIRELESS SALES REPRESENTATIVES for inside RETAIL sales. Salary + Commission + Medical/Dental Benefits. GROWTH POTENTIAL.



Job Description: The focus of a Sales and Service Representative is to sell and explain products and services to new and existing customers, explain billing procedures and equipment usage, gain and maintain product/service knowledge, gain and maintain working knowledge of cellular phones/service, wireless technology and industry updates, follow-up with customers after the sale to guarantee product satisfaction, take customer payments and apply correctly, handle walk-in and call-in prospect questions, answer basic customer service questions, make outbound calls for customer follow-up and prospecting opportunities, maintain clean retail work area, and assist in inventory of equipment and accessory stock.



Minimum Requirements: Strong communication skills, aptitude to learn communication products and services, ability to work independently without close supervision, self-motivation to achieve targets needed to attain monthly and quarterly goals, flexibility with work schedule, good decision-making skills, ability to provide high levels of customer service, ability to interact positively with customers to offer sales solutions for communication needs, and ability to reconcile/balance cash registers. Willingness to work weekends.



Experience: 6 months - 1 year of retail sales, customer service or telecommunications experience.



Desired Qualifications: 1+ years of wireless communication experience in sales and customer service desired. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills a plus.
