Retail Sales - Assistant Store Manager

Set an example of proper business etiquette and sound judgement.
Maintain customer base through telemarketing and constant contact with existing accounts through mailers, thank you notes and referrals.
Follow all set guidelines including credit checks and protected accounts.
Monitor competitor marketing strategies and products.
Set and review monthly goals through regular 30/60/90 days business plans.
Use sound judgment on all decisions, being certain they are always in the best interest of the company.
Continually seek to develop skills and knowledge in the areas of Cingular Wireless service, selling process, management skills, product developments and industry trends.
Utilize the values of Cingular Wireless on decisions for Cingular Wireless property.
Maintain Inside Sales Representatives at 100%+ quota per month.
Demonstrate proactive leadership in solving problems in a timely and satisfactory manner including disputes among personnel, procedural and customer problems.
Responsible for all aspects of service out of the store including: service revenue, production and service satisfaction.
Implement and maintain efficient operating procedures for the store, including: coordinating and outlining the responsibilities of each operating area so they work smoothly together.
Make certain the store is staffed properly during an absence and all employees are reporting in a timely manner.
Continually interview candidates to fill existing and potential openings in the sales force.
Train existing staff and new hire in all aspects of Cingular Wireless products, services, sales skills, completion of paperwork, operating procedures, customer service, operating procedures, customer service, follow-up and industry developments.
Assure that the store is properly cleaned and maintained and has an extremely professional appearance.
Must be computer literate. Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft E-mail






QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Undergraduate degree preferred.
Wireless experience a plus
