WANTED:
Sales leader with management experience to drive sales in
a luxury retail store. Opportunities also available in residential interior design.

LEARN:
You will receive extensive training on our innovate
approach to retail. We will improve your merchandising,
sales, interior design, and management skills.

GENERAL TASKS BY MONTH:
1: Training--learn product, procedures, sales techniques, etc.
2-12: manage 2-3 employees, learn the business, work on projects to
facilitate growth, and sell merchandise
12+: continue to manage and grow according to your abilities

DETAILED TASKS:
1. Sales: we?re searching for an excellent salesperson comfortable promoting luxury products
2. Hiring, training, and motivating employees
3. Customer service?The customer ALWAYS comes first in our company
4. Train new associates
5. Oversee and participate in all operational procedures
6. Consistently provide suggestions to improve the business
7. Manage freight issues
8. Continually monitor customers needs and level of satisfaction
9. Budgeting
10. Profit accountability
11. Much more

ABOUT OUR COMPANY:
Our luxury boutique has received national and local acclaim.

We are family owned and operated with ongoing retail operations
since 1972. We specialize in custom linens, bench-made iron beds,
bedroom furniture, and residential interior design. All of our
product is among the finest available in their respective categories.
The company has a long tradition of providing each customer
the highest level of service.

The boutique features sophisticated, dramatic settings
for the bedroom. We carry a vast selection of luxury
linens, including 1000 thread count sateens, indulgent
mink throws, quilted silks, Italian tapestry fabrics, French
quilts, and embroidered silk. Other merchandise includes
French and Italian chandeliers, artisan inlaid Spanish
armoires, Baker furniture, hand blown Venetian glass,
hand crafted solid cherry furniture from Provence, and
hand painted Italian mirrors.

Our settings don?t fit into a time period, or a genre.
The eclecticism of the goods creates a look that is
vibrant, captivating, and completely unique.
