SET EXECUTION MANAGER

Objective:
To ensure an exciting environment exists in the store that delivers the intent of the JCPenney brand.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manages planning & implementation of company merchandising programs

Ensures merchandise on floor is restocked and recovered on a routine basis in an efficient manner

Implements space planning reports, SET guides, merchandise planners, core standards and event execution

Supervises and participates with the Replenishment Supervisor in stock replenishment activities to move new merchandise to the sales floor

Coordinates with Pricing Supervisor and team to ensure pricing accuracy standards are maintained during replenishment and recovery process

Coordinates training for SET execution team and selling associates on SET execution programs, merchandising, and presentation standards

Participates in the development of SET execution plans, programs and budget

Develops work schedules for the Store execution team and conducts appraisals of SET execution team associates by providing feedback on their performance

Requirements:
The successful candidates will have at least three years of visual/merchandising experience in a department store environment. We are seeking individuals with proven visual management skills in addition to a thorough understanding of the elements that drive retail profitability. This position requires strong knowledge of merchandise presentation techniques and procedures. In addition, candidates must have exceptional time management skills.
