Title: Assistant Store Manager

 

Position Description: In this high-growth position, you will train with the best and learn first-hand how to lead and develop an outstanding team in retail sales. Areas such as store performance, customer satisfaction, production optimization and product quality will all fall under your responsibility. In addition, you?ll handle merchandise presentation, inventory control and point-of-sale practices while monitoring industry trends/competition and keeping the main focus on quality and customer service.

 

Qualifications: Your keys to success include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of retail management sales experience in a high-volume fashion-oriented environment, a standout customer service record and demonstrated leadership, sales, communication and organizational skills.

Now, what you need is a product that is as spectacular as your sales skills. That?s where we come in.
