Requirements:

Hat Club?s commitment to its employees and customers requires a highly professional Manager with excellent people skills in order to achieve the company?s long-term goals.  The business also needs a sales-oriented Manager who can effectively grow sales while maintaining control of operations.Experience in employee management is a mustFlexible times of availability needed: able to work 35 hours or more per week, must work a majority of Saturdays and busier customer traffic times, weekends, holidays, etc. when neededPosses natural ability to manage; that is, get measurable results with and through othersWilling to make tough but fair decisions and deal with personnel and customer issues as they ariseManagers have a great deal of freedom to manage the organization and must be a self-starter with a ?whatever it takes? mentalitySuccessful Managers should enjoy working on their own and have the ability to see the big picture while not losing touch with day-to-day operationsA strong work ethic, enthusiastic personality, self-confidence, intelligence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle many different responsibilities at the same time are essential to the success of this position
