Purpose: To assist in leading and driving the store team to achieve sales goals, while attaining individual sales goal, and to ensure the customer store experience is in alignment with the Eddie Bauer Brand and company initiatives.

 

Core Accountabilities: Sets the example of selling by ensuring a consistent quality customer experience through personal selling. Takes a sales leadership role by assisting in floor supervision and ensuring selling is the focus of the store team by using shift accountability practices and recognizing outstanding sales performance. Assists in leading the team to maintain merchandising standards by ensuring store readiness everyday, demonstrating understanding of visual objectives, and ensuring merchandising priorities are executed daily. Demonstrates leadership through professional work behavior including adherence to work standards and working with the team towards store and company goals. Demonstrates ability to support change and energize others to be flexible and supportive of company initiatives.
