Sales Consultant

Sachs Jewelers is central Massachusetts leading fine jeweler with a luxurious showroom.  We offer the latest in fine diamond and fashion jewelry,designer brands, as well as Swiss watches.  We serve customers by consulting and providing a fun relaxed up scale shopping/pampering experience.   


 

Duties:

* Greeting and presenting a luxury shopping experience with pride and excellent customer service.  Honesty, sincerity, and a sense of humor are qualities to enable pleasant customer experiences. 


* Consult  customers by providing information on product feature and benefits.  Developing continuous and ongoing customer relationships.


* Help customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.  Ability to close sales in small or large dollar amounts.  Being comfortable presenting valuable products and presenting fine jewelry with confidence.


* Prospecting for new clients.  Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records. Sales planning and sales goals oriented individual will thrive in this warm friendly environment.

* Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
* Contribute with team effort and accomplish company planning.
* Contribute to daily store set up and closing procedures.
