Sales Consultant - Furniture Retailer

Sales Consultant   Opportunity: We are currently are conducting a talent search for SALES CONSULTANTS. Candidates should be an experienced draw-commissioned sales professional with exposure to our industry, but we offer continuous sales and product training to those ambitious sales pros, without furniture sales experience. This position includes, but not limited to, crossover responsibilities in selling (on a commissioned basis) merchandise, extra income items, and services to new or established customers and possess technical product knowledge with emphasis on excellent customer service skills. Many of our Top Sales Consultants make between 40k-60K annually.

This person will be a service driven professional, whom we prefer has the following qualifications:
1. 2+ years? experience in commissioned sales/retail (big-box) high volume (6+ million dollar) store, preferably in furniture.
2. Works a 5 day work week including some evening hours, weekends, some holidays.
3. Currently lives within a 50 mile radius of the store.

All positions require a motivated professional with a high school diploma (or GED), who are able to work with little supervision and enjoy interacting with co-workers and customers. Drug screening and background checks may be performed. The responsibilities of this position will be explained during an interview.
