The JCPenney management training program is a state-of-the-art and technology-driven program!  Our 20 week premier program focuses on sales leadership, merchandise presentation and the hands on daily operations in a JCPenney Store.  Following the 20 week program, you will enter into an informal training that allows you to exercise the judgment and management skills you learned in the formal training phase.  In this second phase, you will also receive mentoring and coaching from senior store management as you manage an area within your store!

 

Upon successful completion of the Training Program, you will be promoted to your first assignment as a Sales Manager. Relocation is a probability. And yes, we cover your relocation expenses!

 

JCPenney Sales Managers are responsible for leading store teams, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience, creating an exciting visual presentation and maximizing sales and profit objectives.

 

Locations:Immediate opportunities exist in the Phoenix area.

 

Qualifications: A 3.0 minimum GPA is preferred with an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Merchandising, but students with strong leadership skills and a flair for retail concepts will also be considered.
