Leath Furniture seeks talented, enthusiastic and motivated Sales Professionals and a Sales Manager to join our sales team. Leath creates a fun, friendly and exciting place to work where associates service the customer while enjoying their job. Candidates can earn up to 7% commissions on what they sell plus added incentive plans.
Our Sales Associates assist in creating a unique shopping experience for our customers. They sell merchandise that requires individualized customer service. Successful associates will build and maintain a customer base through prospecting to achieve personal sales goals. Candidates who have the natural ability to sell and are able to move others towards a commitment are highly desired.
Full time Sales Professionals will receive the following:Greater of hourly rate or commissions (plus paid training)Full benefits including: Health, Dental, Disability, Life and matching 401KAn extremely competitive compensation packageVarious Bonus/Incentive Programs that reward exceptional performanceFlexible work schedule
Average Sales professionals earn between $25K - $50K per year, and Top Performers can earn up to $90K per year.
Candidates who will be considered for this position must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to close a sale in a retail environment. Must be sales oriented, dedicated, and driven to provide exceptional service. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of successful experience in retail or related sales and a strong passion for customer service and must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
