We know that the best way to ensure Brighton?s success is to look after the business of our specialty store customers, including frequent training seminars - all for the purpose of making them profitable. We?d like to invite you to be part of our team ? as an integral contributor to our sales people?s success - with dynamic, motivating and impactful training seminars, tools and tips. REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
? Minimum of at least 5 years of trainer experience in retail and/or wholesale sales development training
? Proven training and facilitating skills, both in writing and delivering training to adults
? Ability to conceive ideas, work within home office and field organization to implement, execute programs, and follow-up
? Excellent computer skills to include ability to create PowerPoint presentations
? Overnight travel capabilities of up to 75%
