Sales Supervisor , Salt Lake City

This position will assist the management team in effectively driving sales and store operations. In this position you would be responsible for working with the store team in sales execution and must exhibit excellent customer service and sales focus. The Sales Supervisor will share in the opening and closing store responsibilities and will act as a partner with the store management team providing excellent customer service and support for our sales associates. As a closing supervisor you will be responsible for cash balancing and paperwork along with continued training to all associates on new programs and systems.

Effectively direct the work of others in a supportive manner.

Work a variety of day/evening shifts as needed, including weekend; broad availability.

Ability to take leadership role in training and coaching team members on skills needed to positively impact sales.

Prior face to face selling; prior supervisory experience preferred.

Drive sales volume and margin through active involvement with customers and Team Members on the sales floor.

Ensure that all associates fully contribute to store sales goals.

Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.

Able to use electronic communication device during all working hours requiring a headset or a device on/in the ear.
