The Customer Service Representative position with Cingular Wireless has the following responsibilities: *Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism. *Handling business transactions in connection with account activations, adjustments and collections while maintaining customer goodwill and retaining the customer's business. *Utilizing a variety of systems and web-based tools to research and resolve customer issues. *Demonstrating drive and enthusiasm while handling customer questions, complaints and billing inquiries.



QUALIFICATIONS

*A high school diploma or equivalent. *Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail. *Strong computer proficiency. *The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. *Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
