Sales Support Representative - North Charleston, SC (Rivers Ave)

•Act as a liaison between customers and various company departments.

?Recognize customer problems and resolve to customer satisfaction directly or transfer through to proper department.

?Develop and maintain knowledge of wireless services and equipment. Assist with the cross selling of all additional wireless features and accessories.

?Fill orders; process requests for user accounts.

?Use computer terminal and company operations systems to establish billing features for client and respond to inquiries.

?May be required to meet sales quotas.

? Travel to on-site customer locations to support outside sales representative.

?Assist customers in the sales process at retail locations.

?Distribute interoffice mail and faxes.

?Handles and/or transports materials weighing up to a maximum of 25 pounds.

?Create and maintain sales reports.

?Project coordination and problem resolution.

?Assist sales associates with selling wireless phones, services and accessories.

?Handles and/or transports materials weighing up to a maximum of 25 pounds.

?Training provided to include: classroom, on-the-job and e-learning (electronic on-line).



QUALIFICATIONS

?A high school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred.

?Must maintain a valid driver?s license with a satisfactory driving record.

?Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail is required, and the ability to speak Spanish is desirable.

?Computer proficiency (MS Office), ability to operate wireless equipment, photocopier and facsimile machine is essential.

?Ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment; available to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime; and to lift up to 25 pounds.
