Sales Support Representative PT - Elmira

Provides administrative support to a sales team, typically in a Retail Store
Greets customers and answers routine questions.
Performs general administrative duties in the Stores such as restocking collateral materials, pulling equipment from inventory, stocking accessories, posting Agent/Rep schedules, etc.May access the billing systems and review customer bills
Interacts directly with customers by phone and/or in person
Other general duties as assigned




QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail
The ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment
Computer proficiency
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
