 Must have sales experience and ability to facilitate sales meetings in group and one-on-one to improve employee/salon performance.Must be able to grow existing customer base.Must have excellent customer service skills.Conduct weekly staff meetings.Ensure staff achieves monthly and daily sales goals.Must have leadership skills and have the ability to coach and develop staff.Must be computer literate, with MS office experience.Tanning experience not required, but a strong retail background is necessary.Ability to keep staff motivated and performing at optimal levels.Must be a good asset manager, controlling inventory accuracy, cash accuracy, salon equipment maintenance and cleanliness of salon.Must be a good Recruiter.  Hire good, honest, hardworking, hi-performance staff.Ability to manage employee schedules keeping payroll at set budget.Must have experience promoting and selling through promotions and events.
